Shipping Policies Unless specified otherwise, all packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Most packages will arrive 2-5 business days FROM THE DATE SHIPPED (ground method only). All shipments leaving our company are inspected for quality. AnthemFlag.com is not responsible for damage to packages once items have been shipped, or for delays in delivery due to carrier. If you receive your package and it is damaged, DO NOT OPEN. Please call the appropriate carrier immediately and request information to submit a claim. All shipping quotes on purchases at AnthemFlag.com are based on shipment to the United States only. AnthemFlag.com may ship to Countries other than the United States, however, an additional shipping charge may apply. AnthemFlag.com ships orders by UPS, United States Postal Service, and sometimes FED-EX. Shipping method is usually determined by the product purchased.
